Hot As Hades
Updated
Hot as Hades is a relatively new online video slot game, being as it was only released in 2015 by the champions of casino games – Microgaming. This hilarious non-progressive slot game shows us a new chirpy side of Hades, the lord of the underworld with boiling lava and flaiming fireballs.
In this crisp animation game Hades with flaming his hair and adorable three-headed sidekick, Ceberus goes on an ancient adventure filled with money and mythology. You’re about to get HOT as not only does Hot as Hades feature free spins in Super Mode, but you can also play a 5-level quest on your way to finding the Crystal Helm bonus game.
A New Kind of Lord of the Underworld
Hot as Hades is set in ancient time where mythology is more than a myth. The theme features some of our favourite Greek mythology characters, including Zeus, Poseidon and Medusa. Hades is the cheeky star of this slot game as he helps you win in the many features that this wonderful game offers. One of the best things about Hot as Hades is the fantastic graphics and animations that is practically Pixar worthy. Combined with the funny sound effects and Hades’ personality, this game will keep you entertained for hours.

Win with Three Scatters
Hot as Hades features 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 paylines, offering plenty of opportunity for winning combinations. The game displays the original 9, 10, J, Q, K and A symbols, along with creative animations of Hades, Zeus, Poseidon and Medusa. There are also Wild symbols and Scatter symbols which instead of free spins, triggers a multiple level bonus round if you get 3+. Another fun and rewarding function of this game is the Hades symbol. If you get 4+ Hades symbols, you will win big. The Wild symbol is a Hot as Hades logo and can act as a substitute for all the symbols except for the Scatter symbols.
Win up to 100,000 Coins!
Yes, you read that right. If you are able to outsmart the gods, you can walk away with a jackpot of 100,000 coins through a pickup bonus trail called The Quest for the Crystal Helm, which can be reached by a 3+ Scatter symbol trigger!
The Quest for the Crystal Helm
Hot as Hades offers multiple special features including The Quest for the Crystal Helm Bonus. This is triggered by three Scatter symbols which will then lead you through five fun bonus rounds including The Pillars of Awesomeness, Medusa’s Maze, Poseidon’s Ocean, Zeus’ Stairway and then finally The Chamber of the Crystal Skull where you stand the chance to win big.
There is also a Super Mode which can be randomly activated after every spin. Here you will get 5 free spins, three Held Wilds and one 2x multiplier that will last throughout the 5 spins. You will also have an Autoplay function that automatically spins anything from 25 to 500 spins for you if you ever feel like leaving your game unsupervised. There is also a Stop option that allows you to stop the spinning reels whenever you want.
Our Take
Hot as Hades is an extremely entertaining game with wonderful graphics and entertaining characters. We adore the little animated Hades as he air-guitar’s on the display with flaming hair floating on his head. It is just as rewarding on the gambling side where you can either bet small or large and thanks to the medium variance nature of the game, you will not have to blow your life savings before you start winning at any of our top online casinos.
